About No Show Tucson

Unfortunately, most if not all performances in Arizona are held in Phoenix, Arizona, not in Tucson, Arizona. Tucson is located to the southeast of Phoenix and to the north of the United States-Mexico border. Sadly, Tucson is not the entertainment capital of Arizona, nor hosts the entertainment it once used to. Over the past few years, Tucson has slowly begun to lack entertainment: Tucson has become unentertaining.

Long ago, Tucson area venues and radio stations would book and bring into town an assortment of popular, major performers, all of whom would take the stage at either the Tucson Convention Center, best known as the TCC, or the Sol Casinos’ Anselmo Valencia Tori Amphitheater, best known as the AVA Amphitheater. If not taking the stage at either of these two venues, performers would take the stage at other, smaller venues around Tucson. To date, there have been no major performances in Tucson. Today, Tucsonans and surrounding area locals choose to either sit-out on their favorite performers' performance, or choose to pack-up and travel to Phoenix or a neighboring city and or state to catch their favorite performers' performance.

This blog provides Tucsonans with the latest concert information: information on concerts that are going down in Tucson, and information on concerts that are not going down in Tucson: concerts that are going down elsewhere in neighboring cities and or states.
